Refunds-
Vintage is vintage--we hope you appreciate patina as much as we do. The condition of any given item is described and captured in pictures to the best of our ability. All sales are final unless noted, so please read descriptions and view pictures closely and please ask questions prior to purchasing.
Shipping-
Orders are shipped weekly, usually on Monday's. Tracking will be provided to you unless it's small enough to fit into a small letter mailing envelope thru stamped "snail-mail". If you need expedited shipping please contact for availability and extra shipping rate.
Local Pick Ups-
Do you live locally in Vermont? You can pick up your order to avoid paying shipping. Please contact us to arrange pick up dates and arrange payment at pick up or adjusted price to reflect the voided shipping cost.
Start-A-Box, Layaway, Bundle Deal Options, etc!-
VVV often shares sneak-peeks, pre-sale, quick-claim and clearance sale deals thru its social media accounts. Be sure to follow those accounts to take advantage of those offerings! You can view additional available items not found on this website by viewing the multiple "Available" story highlights on VVV's Instagram page where you can get multi-item discounts by bundling. *
Additionally, you can take advantage of VVV's Start-A-Box option where you claim and pay for items "as you go" for up to two months--at the end of two months all items get shipped together for a single cheaper shipping cost. If unresponsive at the end of the two months, VVV will try contacting you for two weeks--after two weeks the box will be considered abandoned and VVV will keep all paid monies and have the option to sell those items again. *
VVV understands that Pay-Day is different for everyone! VVV offers "layaway" on items totaling $50 or more. You pay 50% of the total up front (non-refundable) and then you have 30 days to pay the remaining balance. After 30 days VVV keeps all paid monies and has the option to sell those items again. *
