50s/60s Navy Blue Dress (XS/S)

Cute (estimated 1950s/1960s) navy blue knee length dress. Boat neckline, gathered waist, vertical pleats. Soft movable material. Some light variation in color but hard to see. No tags remain. Zipper & hook/loop closure. Measurements taken laid flat:
