Such a pretty blue! Knit A-Line style dress. Pat Perkins produced dresses in the 1950s-1960s, this one estimated to be from the late 50s to early 60s. Modeled here on a size medium, it fits but likely to fit a size small more comfortably. Measurements below taken laid flat:
