50s/60s Wilshire Cut-Out Dress (M)

50s/60s "Wilshire of Boston" black dress with cut out neckline! Estimated size 6/8. Great condition but the lining does stick out slightly at the bottom. Either the outer layer shrunk slightly or it's made to be that way. Measurements taken laid flat:
