60s Maxi Ruffle Skirt (XS/S)

Beautiful 1960s black maxi ruffle skirt! Waist 24". Length 41". Not much of the tag remains, brand unknown. Zipper & button closure. Great condition. This would be amazing to dance in at a festival!
