Unmarked. Likely handmade. White with red polka dots and the most fabulous brass button trail down the front--button as many or as few as you'd like. The whole cut of this top is just downright fan-friggen-tastic! I estimate it as a modern size small but please refer to measurements below taken laid flat (not doubled):
Armpit to armpit: 17"
Narrowest part of wasit: 13"
Shoulder to bottom: 19"
