70s Romantic Red & White Dress (M)

Dreamy, romantic vintage 1970s dress! 
It’s a sheer, ivory-toned maxi dress with tiny red polka dots. Can be worn on or off-the-shoulder. Ruffled layers of lace and delicate trim, creating a floaty vibe!
The skirt is long and airy, with a scalloped lace-trimmed hem and a visible layered tulle underskirt that adds volume and movement. So soft, feminine, and just a little bit whimsical! Dry clean only tags. A few stains on the bottom, not very noticeable. One place on the waist that has a small damaged seams but the sash hides it well. I found one tear in the tulle layer on the bottom as well. This one is such a dream! Measurements taken laid flat:
