70s Terry Dress/Cover Up (M)

70s peachy terry dress/cover up! Fits best as a size medium, featuring an elastic top band and all over soft stretch and slight side slits. The straps can be let out an inch or two if desired. Excellent condition. Measurements below were taken laid flat so please double where applicable:
Chest 13" (at rest)-18" (pulled taught)
Length 38" with straps as they are currently
Waist 18"
