70s The Golddiggers Peasant Skirt

"The Golddiggers" 1970s patchwork/quilted peasant maxi skirt! The detials in this are beautiful. Labeled as one size fits all, and while the hips are open, the waist was a tough one for me to fit as a typical size 6/8. Please refer to the measurements below taken laid flat (not doubled, please double the waist as necessary). There is a color bleed on the back
